He will be in court today forced to eat an awful dog’s breakfast, all part of the lawyer’s daily life.
He must argue - and with a straight face, that’s the hard part - that while I am freely allowed to wickedly lie about the characters of the 23 Portapique victims - ie, libel the dead, and their families must listen helplessly, if I truthfully declare whether they died by fire or by bullet, I will have caused irreparable legal harm to those same surviving family members !
This is patent nonsense and Heerema knows it, as does Mark Furey, Stephen McNeil and Chris Leathers.

Tthey f***ked up, big time, on the Gabriel Wortman file and they will do anything - and this case - say anything - to prevent us, their bosses, from finding out....
On the rotten politization of the Justice Minister Mark Furey. He hasn't stepped down yet or even opened lines of communication with the public. I dont think Mark can be convinced he has a conflict of interest, I'm not entirely certain we've seen that Mark comprehends the idea after his RCMP indoctrination or that it can be taught to him. The out in the open fact he was a staff sergeant and longtime member of the RCMP and is openly friends with so many on the force. All of his behavior appears suspect to even a casual observer, all his commentary on the biggest failure of policing he's seen in his life have more or less turned out to be false it has had some big effect on enraging civilians, journalists and victims alike but seems more designed towards conferring massive benefit towards the great escape; letting the perpetrators of this failure of policing to ride off into the sunset. I dont know if Mark Furey dresses up in red surge and shouts commands in the mirror at night. But I'm fairly certain the man is a villain.
