She told local media that she recalls a guy who was nothing but nice - a guy just out of his twenties who had a lot of everything, but wanted to settle down and have kids : a guy with houses, businesses, cars, sailboat, and apartment buildings, among many other toys.
He also had a newly-ex wife : no reports they had kids.
And he had clearly survived the division of matrimonial property well off.
But I have seen no media follow up on that report of apartment buildings ownership, no media interviews with former tenants regarding what sort of a landlord Gabe was.
Come on people !
