How did RCMP treat decades of complaints of violence & illegal guns made against Their-Biggest-Fan ? Hint : 24 dead

Police workers are two-faced : its in their very mandate, being required by law to bring bad guys to justice - but not spend too much money to do so.

We are the guilty ones, because we put them in that double-bind.

The RCMP had decades of complaints about GW’s violence & illegal guns, but without an actual victim willing to come forward, they claimed they could do nothing.

Translation : an actual victim willing to stand up in court under oath, greatly reduces our investigation and court time budgets.

Remember : we put them in this bind - don’t blame it all, just some, on the guys in red serge.

Anyway, scared of all those illegal high-powered guns Gabe had in a house just 100 metres away while the nearest mountie, might, might be a 100 km away in an ironically Hellish-looking building in  in beautiful and godly Bible Hill, the victims kept silent - or moved safely thousands of km away.

Can’t blame them.

But don’t believe the mountie claims either : cause, legally,  its all complete and utter bullshit.

When I went to the RCMP and Halifax police back in 1984 with a list of names, dates and locations of Gerald Regan sexual assault victims,  they, too, claimed we can do nothing, not unless one of these actual victims is prepared to lodge a complaint.

Yes I said - and what actual victim complains to start up your murder inquiries ?

What actual victim lodges a formal complaint when a ten month old baby is hit ?

On advice from their lawyer, they declined to answer....
