here’s real irony, Alanis : doctors & nurses inside a LOCKED ROOM knew more about Portapique killer than did Nova Scotian public.

RONALD REAGAN’s scariest words : ‘we’re from the Mounties  & we’re here to help’
Its minutes before midnight, April 18th, 2020 and the doctors and nurses at Truro Nova Scotia’s hospital are in lock down mode after a Portapique man injured from gunshots is brought in.

His family members tell them that Portapique is like a charnel house : houses and cars on fire everywhere, bodies everywhere - the heavily armed mass murderer still on the loose, driving a cop car.

MEANWHILE, inside their log cabin on the 14th floor of Mountie headquarters in Bible Hill, a kilometre or two from the hospital, the Sargent Renfrews and their dogs Cuddle were still talking about a ‘firearm incident’ at Portapique.

The self-named Heroes in Serge are here and have the situation at hand : go back to sleep, Nova Scotia...
