Particularly in early April when the slush and the mud make the surrounding unpaved logging roads impassable to ordinary cars and most four-wheelers, the only way from western Colchester County Nova Scotia to Halifax is a pass through what Nova Scotians and tourists not so fondly call ‘The Hub’, Truro Nova Scotia.

Its more ‘The Maze’ really : an endless spaghetti of roads and turn arounds and turn abouts and start overs.

If the Truro PD, together with the RCMP (there’s a thought : the RCMP together with another police force ?!) had laid a wide corden around the town, Gabriel Wortman would have been trapped.

Sadly the Serge Sages are children who don’t like to share : information - or credit.
